We provide this Privacy Policy to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information we receive from users of www.iPaymy.com (collectively, the “Site”) and our application for mobile devices (the “Application”). This Privacy Policy applies only to information that you provide to us through the Site and Application. This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our information practices. If we make any material changes we will notify you by email (sent to the e-mail address specified in your Account) or by means of a notice on the Site and Application prior to the change becoming effective. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices. Capitalised terms used herein but undefined will have the meaning given to such term in our Terms of Use.
By using our Site and Service and by providing or making available your content, personal information and such other information about yourself to us, you are agreeing and expressly consenting to the collection and use of your personal data or information by us for the purposes of providing the Service to you as well as our purposes
How We Collect Your Personal Data
Our primary goals in collecting information are to provide and improve our Site, Application, services, features and content, to administer your use of the Site and Application (together, the “Service”) and to enable our customers to enjoy and easily navigate the Site and Application.
1. When you register with us through the Site or Application and become a user or when you wish to contact another User of our site, we will ask you for personally identifiable information. This refers to information about you that can be used to contact or identify you (”Identity Information”). If the address of a property you provide matches that of your credit card billing address, that address would be considered Identity Information. Some Personal Information is required, like your name and email address, and other Personal Information is optional, like your date of birth. We reserve the right to require confirmation of your address where necessary.
3. We collect Personal Information in connection with your registration to join the Service. You can register to join via the Site or Application by completing the required forms.

1. Personal particulars – eg. name, NRIC/FIN/passport details, address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, education details, photographs and videos
2. Financial information – eg. credit card and/or banking information of you and your family

5. Information from other agencies, individuals or organisations – eg. banks, financial institutions and/or other agencies, organisations and individuals who may have rendered their services to you
How Your Data is Used

We will not use your personal data for purposes other than what we have informed you above, or which are permitted or compellable under local laws and regulations. We may send your personal data to our subsidiaries, employees or agents outside of Singapore and we will ensure that your data will be handled, protected and secured in such a manner that is in accordance with local laws and regulations.
Log Data
1. When you visit the Site and Application, whether as a Member or a non-registered user just browsing, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type or the webpage you were visiting before you came to our Site and Application, pages of our Site and Application that you visit, the time spent on those pages, information you search for on our Site and Application, access times and dates, and other statistics.
